How the reservation queue process works

  1. Before the reservation window opens, sign up for myToyota

    The first step is an absolute must to reserve your All-New Toyota GR Supra. If you’re not already registered it only takes a few minutes. If you're already registered, check your log in and password to make sure they work.

  2. When the reservation window opens at 12pm AEST on 25 September, complete the application

    You’ll need to provide your driver’s licence number before indicating your vehicle preferences. Your driver’s licence ID must match the registered owner of the vehicle.

  3. Secure your place in the queue by paying your reservation fee

    Then pay a fully refundable reservation fee of $1,000. Our concierge will get in touch to walk you through the rest. Once you log into the reservation form you will have 10 minutes to complete your application.

When your choices of grade and colour are confirmed with our concierge, you’ll be asked for a $4,000 deposit to reserve your order.

  • How do I pre-order an All-New Toyota GR Supra?

    We’re introducing a centralised online reservation process for the limited number of All-New Toyota GR Supras. We are taking orders on a first in, best dressed basis to ensure the fairest allocation. Take a look above at the three simple steps to reservation.

  • When can I order an All-New Toyota GR Supra?

    Firstly, make sure you’re registered with myToyota. To be one of the first, be sure to log on to the reservation form on 25 September at 12:00pm AEST and be guided through the process.

  • What is the involvement of the Toyota Dealer?

    Once your order has been processed via the central process, the Toyota concierge with you will hand over the order to your preferred dealer’s concierge who will help you through the rest of the process. Your preferred dealer will work with you through the usual details when purchasing a vehicle, including finance, accessories and trade-in options. Your reservation fee plus deposit will become a deposit for your order.

  • Why do you need my driver’s licence?

    We request your driver’s licence as a form of ID to help process your reservation, so make sure it’s handy. You will also need to produce your driver’s licence as proof of ID when you pick up your vehicle. The ID on the driver's licence will need to match the registered owner of the All-New Toyota GR Supra.

  • How do I know my reservation was confirmed?

    If you were successful, you can expect to see an on-screen acceptance of your reservation. Following this you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. You will then receive a personalised phone call from our dedicated concierge within 7 days to finalise your vehicle selection.

  • Can I finance an All-New Toyota GR Supra?

    Yes, we offer flexible finance options on the All-New Toyota GR Supra. Just mention that you are interested in finance to the Supra concierge and your preferred Toyota Dealer will help you through the finance and trade-in options.

  • Will I get my first colour preference?

    Your preferred colour choice will be discussed directly with our dedicated concierge. Unfortunately, your first choice may not be available, however our concierge can discuss options when it's time to finalise your order. All specifications and colours are subject to availability.

  • What if I put a deposit down then change my mind?

    If you change your mind, you can opt out at any stage prior to delivery and have your reservation fee and deposit refunded. Please note that the decision to opt out is final. You will not be able to resume your place in the queue once your deposit has been cancelled. Refunds can only be made directly to the credit card used to pay your reservation fee and deposit.

  • Can I test drive the All-New Toyota GR Supra before I commit to purchase?

    Before taking delivery, you may be able to test drive an All-New Toyota GR Supra at your preferred dealership. The first vehicles are expected to arrive around September 2019.

  • What do I need to get into the queue to order an All-New Toyota GR Supra?

    • A registered myToyota account
      (you will need your login and password on the day to register)
    • Driver's Licence details
    • Credit Card for the $1,000 reservation fee

    On the day, you will need to supply your name, address, phone number, preferred dealer and choice of vehicle (Grade/Colour and any additional extras eg: Alcantara trim)
