Using the provided promo code, your first bZ4X service loan vehicle booking is free for up to 2 days long. Insurance Excess Reduction can be added for an additional fee.

Is insurance included in my bZ4X hire?

Insurance and roadside assistance are included in your bZ4X service loan vehicle booking.
The insurance excess you are required to reimburse KINTO in relation to a valid claim will vary depending on the driver’s age. For a fee ($2.50 per hour or $25 per day), the Insurance Excess can be reduced as specified in the Reduced Insurance Excess listed here.

Will I be charged a distance fee?

As the bZ4X is an all-electric vehicle, KINTO does not charge a distance fee. Each full charge can last up to 535[1] km and is included in your booking. For more info on the bZ4X and pricing, please get a quote or visit the bZ4X page.

How does charging work for the bZ4X?

The Toyota bZ4X comes with a Mode 2 cable for home charging. For public charging stations, the bZ4X supports Mode 3 for faster charging. bZ4X service loan cars will be provided with at least 50% charge, if not, please speak to the dealership.

[1] 535 km range, achieved for Australian electric bZ4X 2WD Automatic SUV, is based on consumption rate of 128 Wh/km using the NEDC combined drive cycle mandated by the ADR 81/02 (and is the range displayed on the Energy Consumption label affixed to the car). 436 km range, achieved for European electric bZ4X 2WD Automatic SUV, is based on consumption rate of 168.9 Wh/km using the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Australian model has not been tested using WLTP test procedure. The electric range and the energy consumption values were determined using a fully charged battery in a laboratory test and should only be used for the purpose of comparing vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. Actual driving range may vary depending on accessories fitted, battery age and condition, climate, driving style, use of heating/cooling, traffic conditions, and vehicle load.
